After years of inadequate manual flossing and receiving a poor grade on my gum health, I decided to try water flossing and purchased a GlossRay. I can only say I wish I had made done so years ago. The instrument is easy to use and does a great job. After less than 6 months of use, my gum health scores improved 1-2 points, putting me in the healthy category in all areas.
I also want to commend the team at GlossRay for their exceptional customer service and their standing behind their product. After 7-8 months of use, my unit would not recharge. I contacted customer service through their convenient email system and explained the situation. They immediately replied they would send a replacement at no charge, no questions asked. They also sent some details about the proper charging of the device. Although I thought I had been following the guidelines in the instruction manual, the supplemental detail they sent make it clear I had been charging the device too frequently and too long. Based on my reading of another reviewer, my misunderstanding was no unique- maybe the instruction manual should be modified. When I wrote back saying the problem with my device may have been from operator error, they never suggested this would alter their initial response, simply replying my new device was on the way!
