I made a purchase Of the water a little less than a year ago. All of a sudden, the motor started making a weird noise and it stopped working. I emailed customer service explaining to them, what happened to see if there was anything they could do. Without hesitation, they told me they would replace my water floss. I was so excited because I love the water flosser. Thank you for your quick and friendly customer service!

I was getting bits of food stuck in my teeth that was driving me crazy. I stared using the Glossray water pick after meals to remedy the situation. After three weeks I had my scheduled dental appointment and my dentist said that they would NOT need to complete a deep cleaning as planned. Now, use the Glossray pick regularly alongwith brushing and this new normal leaves my teeth and gums feeling awesome!

Excellent choice to replace my old Waterpic. More power, better battery, more settings, better easier to use, improved tip. Love it

One may consider this product to be a bit 'expensive' but I promise it's worth every penny and will last quite awhile. I was only interested in getting the coffee and cigarette stains off of my teeth. After using this product, I now have my beautiful smile like I was 16 again! So easy to use and very durable with the added benefit of being in my own home instead of an uncomfortable dentist's chair

I loved how the flosser always seemed to find more to clean out of my well brushed teeth. Used it for three months and then it quit. I contacted service and learned that I should not have plugged it in each night. User error! The battery was dead. They immediately replaced it! That kind of forgiveness guarantee I’ve only seen at CostCo! Happy here.

Purchased a GlossRay a couple of years ago and wouldn't clean my teeth without it. It gently cleans all food particles much better then flossing. Recently purchased a second one for my husband.
Recommend a GlossRay especially if you have dental caps and/or implants.

LOVE my GlossRay! My dental hygienist loves it too!! My oral hygiene is now excellent!

Best customer service

Using this GlossRay water flosser is saving my teeth and gums. My dental hygienist commented on the great condition of my gums. I have always had problems with food sticking between my teeth. I use the GlossRay twice a day (after breakfast and before bed at night). It serves me very well.

I am a smoker and had some deep stains. One is almost gone and the other is almost there! I have been using this product for about three weeks now and have seen a big change, I now can smile without hiding my teeth!

My wife is difficult to please. She really likes hers.

Love this water pic. Had a couple issues with original purchase, emailed customer service and the response was answered quickly. My pic stopped working so again reached out to customer service and their response was quick. Best customer service ever. That is why we will be customer for life.
