Customer service is excellent. Best customer service that I have experienced with any company in the last five years. I’ve already purchased your floss and now I have the adapter that hopefully will make the charge last more than a day and a half. I appreciate I would recommend it so far thank you.

The GlossRay customer service team is outstanding. We love our Portable Water Flossers. Unfortunately, we left our flossers plugged in so that they were constantly charging which ultimately led them to not function anymore. Customer Service not only told us what to do but sent us two new flossers for free. Absolutely amazing. We will always be GlossRay customers.

Great support. They answered immediately and are based in Ft. Lauderdale. They gave me a new unit even though my warranty long expired. Great company.

It’s probably one of the best flosses I have owned very powerful and very easy to use. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

This is my second review of the company and its product. They are the most outstanding incommunicative company that back their products and have the best customer service. I wish all companies were this good and I cannot live without their product either. I give them an A+ plus on every level.

This is my 3rd GlossRay I use them at least twice a day. They have the most power of any I have owned. I tried a Puur Smile and it doesn’t compare to the Gloss Ray. I had one that was defective and it was replaced immediately. They have great customer service.
My dentist asked me how I keep my teeth in such great shape and I told him about Gloss Ray!

I am a verified purchaser, and I rarely take the time to write reviews. But when a company truly exceeds expectations, I believe they deserve to be recognized.

Before making my purchase, I spent considerable time researching the available options. There were less expensive alternatives, but I kept coming back to this company because everything I read pointed to a brand built on quality, integrity, and genuine confidence in its product. It was clear they cared about their customers as much as the design and performance of what they were selling.

I'm happy to say the product completely lived up to our expectations. We absolutely loved it. Later, through no fault of the company or the product, we needed a replacement. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Communication was prompt, friendly, and professional. They made the entire process effortless, respected our time, and shipped a replacement within just a few days.

In today's marketplace, it's refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind its products. Even more impressive was the honesty, integrity, and level of customer care we experienced. When every dollar matters, that kind of service is invaluable and, unfortunately, increasingly rare.

I also want to share why I purchased this flosser in the first place. During a visit to my dentist, I was told that although I'm 68 years old, still have all of my natural teeth, and enjoy good overall health, maintaining excellent oral hygiene becomes even more important as we age. That advice stayed with me.

In my personal experience, brushing alone simply isn't enough to maintain optimal oral health. This flosser has become part of my daily routine because it's convenient, well-designed, and incredibly effective.

Great product and a great company. My old Glossray died and I checked to see if there was anyway to replace the battery (didn't thin there was but had to check) and they offered me a brand new one at a discounted rate. This is a company I will support and recommend to all!!!!

I love my Gloss ray water flosser! This is the 2nd one I have ordered. After 5+ years of daily use, the 1st one started to lose its charge within a week. Not bad, imo!
My hygienist always compliments me on how clean my mouth is. I have implants and the Gloss ray does an excellent job of cleaning around them. I highly recommend this item.
