Portable Water Flosser - 3D Pro Advanced

I bought it one year ago and it stopped charging. They not only told me the correct way to charge but also send me a new one!

We recently purchased two GlossRay Portable Water Flossers 3D Pro Advanced and one stopped working after about a month. I reached out to Addison in Customer Service and she diagnosed that I probably over-charged the battery (my fault). However, she still sent a replacement at no charge......that's what I call great Customer Service!

Had some surgery & now use water flossers this brand gave me everything I WANTED= many speed settings and water holding capacity. 5***** thank you gloss ray

This is a super way to deep clean my gums! I use it every night starting off with my Glossray, then dental floss, and last brush my teeth with an electric toothbrush. My teeth look and feel so good and my gums are so healthy. Oh, and it travels exceptionally well. :)

Easy to use - Works well- can be stored out of sight due to charging only when necessary - GREAT customer service!

I was very pleased with the functionality of this unit. The water flow power is great. Due to an outlet issue, I had an issue with my unit and Glossray sent a new one at no charge. Therefore, I’d say you can’t go wrong with this purchase. The product is great and the customer service is A1.

This product is easy to use and my dentist sees the results!!

I really like this flosser. The water tank is self-contained, so it doesn't have an awkward tube connecting it to an external tank. When my first one quit working, I called to ask if anything could be done, and they gave me a new one even though the warranty had expired. They even sent me a newer model. This is a great product and a great company!
