1. Begin by brushing your teeth thoroughly for 2 minutes. For a comprehensive oral care routine, use the GlossRay Portable Water Flosser - 3D Pro Advanced to floss your teeth. It will effectively remove food particles and plaque from hard-to-reach areas, ensuring a thorough cleaning experience.

2. Insert the mouth tray into the charged light base, making sure the metal plug on the mouth tray is dry.

3. Take one of the included Whitening Gel Pens and rotate it at the base to deliver the gel onto the brush tip.

4. Apply a thin layer of the gel on the inner front surface of both the upper and lower trays. Make sure to distribute the gel evenly for consistent results.

5. Now, it's time to apply the gel on the surface of your teeth. Smile big and paint a thin layer of the gel onto each tooth, ensuring that all visible areas are covered.
