Best flosser I have ever had. Make sure to follow the charging directions otherwise it will not hold a charge.

I would like to see the option for standard A/C plug not just USB and a longer cord the one that came with it does not even reach the outlet with an adapter which is right next to the vanity and I would like to see more options for the tips my old water pic came with 4 different interchangeable tips my favorite was one that had tiny little bristles on the end you don't even have that one to order which is standard with most other water pics
I do like the charge it holds once charged and the power of the water jet when on high

As a life long traditional flosser, I was concerned continued gum recession. I research and found my GlossRay. Performance has been excellent. Mouth feels clean and fresh after every use and my gum health is excellent. Great product.

I like my new Water-Pic very much! It has strong action, it's easy to use, compact, and seems to have an excellent battery.I'm still using it on the initial charge. That was at least 2 weeks ago, if not more, using it every day, sometimes twice or more. It also holds enough water to last for a thorough, basic cleaning. Using this device is easy and comfortable. Its small shape fits easily into a counter space in my small bathroom.

I have owned multiple water flossers and I can tell you that none of them come close to my GlossRay. It has great power and the battery lasts a long time. I had an issue with my device and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I love this device and will never own anything different.

I love the flosser it works well. My dentist even said my flossing has improved.

VERY GOOD PRODUCT

This is absolutely the best water flosser. It has multiple settings, runs for a couple months on a 4 hour initial charge, easy to clean, Light weight easy travel. Best ever! Company is wonderful: Best customer service in the world. Cannot more highly recommend the Gloss Ray.

First of all, my husband and I are very happy with this flosser, and our dentist highly approves. We've added this to our nightly flossing and brushing regimen and feel it is really helping keep our gums and teeth healthier. Like many others whose reviews we've read, we used the wrong adapter to charge the flosser and after a few months, it stopped working. Customer service is awesome, though, and they replaced the flosser at no charge and helped me select the correct adapter to use. My only suggestion to the company is that they include the right adapter with this product. It would save them and us time and money.

I made a purchase Of the water a little less than a year ago. All of a sudden, the motor started making a weird noise and it stopped working. I emailed customer service explaining to them, what happened to see if there was anything they could do. Without hesitation, they told me they would replace my water floss. I was so excited because I love the water flosser. Thank you for your quick and friendly customer service!
